Panorama
Panorama is a semi-autonomous art system by Yigit Duman. Real-time market data drives the creation of a continuously expanding romantic panoramic painting. The system generates autonomously. The artist's role is curation: reviewing each output, deciding to approve or retry, and guiding direction through text-based instructions.
Currently running as a preview edition using BTC/USD data. The full Panorama launches on SuperRare's Liquid Editions on April 9th, 2026.
The Art
Every day, an AI pipeline generates a new 1920x1080 landscape painting that seamlessly extends the panorama. The token's price action determines the mood. Rises produce scenes of divine celestial glory: apotheoses, sacred groves, celestial forges. Falls produce infernal underworld devastation: fallen cities, rivers of fire, titan prisons.
Set in a timeless mythological realm drawing from Greek, Norse, and Egyptian mythology, each painting is rendered in the tradition of the great European masters. The visual language references Tiepolo's heavens, Turner's storms, Friedrich's solitude, Bouguereau's figures, and Caravaggio's light.
The system is a collaboration between artist and machine. The AI pipeline proposes. The artist decides. Each painting passes through the artist's eye before joining the panorama, where it is approved, retried, or redirected through text-based instructions.
Season 1 runs for approximately 90 paintings. The full panorama will span 365 paintings across multiple seasons, each bringing different aesthetics, themes, and collaborations.
Technical
The generation pipeline runs daily on serverless GPU infrastructure:
Stage 1: Extend
The previous painting is cropped and extended using an outpainting model, creating new content that seamlessly continues the panorama.
Stage 2: Refine
An upscaling model brings the image to full resolution. A diffusion model with a custom oil painting style repaints the full image, applying classical art aesthetics with visible brushwork.
Stage 3: Blend
A separate pipeline blends the seam between the new and previous paintings. An artifact detection and removal pipeline cleans the final result.
A two-phase language model pipeline generates both the narrative story and the painting description from the price data. The artist reviews each output and decides to approve or retry.
The Collection
Season 1 begins with approximately 90 NFTs, one generated per day. Each is a 1920x1080 segment of a continuous panoramic painting, minted as an ERC-721 on Ethereum.
When Season 1 concludes, future seasons will continue the panorama to 365 total paintings, with different aesthetics, themes, and potential collaborations that extend the world in new directions.
No secondary royalties. Tokens remain fully permissionless.
Tokenomics
1,000,000 PANORAMA tokens will be created via SuperRare's Liquid Editions. All tokens will live in the SuperRare bonding curve from launch. Anyone can buy in.
The token represents partial ownership of Panorama as a system. Individual segments can be collected as NFTs (Tableaux), but the token is how you own a piece of the whole.
1.25% fee on every trade. Half to the artist, half to SuperRare. No other mechanics. Launch date: April 9th, 2026.
